Q. Why did my transaction fail?

A. FAILED appears because the transaction failed for an unknown reason. The failure could be for the following reasons. - User network error during the transaction - K STADIUM network error - Others

Q. How is the rewards measured?

A. Rewards are given to three groups, and the amounts are as follows - 1st referrals (parent referrals): 30%. - 2nd referrals (grandparent referrals): 6% - 1st referrals' SO: 9%

Q. I want to change my parent referral code, how?

A. Our current policy does not allow you to change your referral code. For more information, please see here.

Q. I sent to the community pool, but my parent referral is not getting any rewards.

A. Please make sure you have the parent, and please ensure the lock-up period.
