# K STADIUM Intro

Welcome to the official documentation for K STADIUM. This document provides concepts and guides related to K STADIUM.

![ ](/files/2uzoyRUmW3pbSPb3jC2M)

K STADIUM is a blockchain-based platform employing a new consensus algorithm called DpoI, or (Delegated Proof of Investment). The DPoI algorithm combines “community pool” and “investment” into the existing DPoS governance structure allowing for investors to explore a variety of new projects and increase the coin’s value through their own voting governance policies.

{% hint style="info" %}
DPoI(The Deleted Proof of Investment) is a consensus method that produces a representative node able to exercise voting rights proportional to the stake invested to execute decision-making authority.
{% endhint %}

K STADIUM produces rewards proportional to the amount invested in a community pool without the high cost and maintenance of mining equipment to maintain the network. On most existing platforms, institutional investors have expanded their ecosystems through initial investments at low prices which often yield huge returns and rewards from rising coin prices.

K STADIUM provides transparency regarding investment funds through proposals and votes, recording them on the blockchain. Unlike traditional staking platforms, K STADIUM manages an “active” type of investment reaching into other projects, signifying more than mere value adjustment or asset management. Furthermore, the operator does not use the investment arbitrarily, and all investment decisions are executed through investors' votes. Anyone can monitor the usage of his/her investment, and investors' opinions are absolute when it comes to how that investment is leveraged.

K STADIUM voting differs slightly from the traditional concept of voting which need to be understood. As opposed to one vote per person, voting rights are weighed proportionally to the amount invested. When investors remit their investment to the community pool, they will receive the same amount of Stadium Owner Power as their investment. Stadium Owner Power is the voting right mentioned above and the currency that represents one's stake when receiving rewards. Additionally, voting takes place in a delegated structure as opposed to the direct format as often is perceived. This new consensus method is almost an identical benchmark of the widely known delegative democracy.

Funds raised in K STADIUM's community pool will be used as investment capital to improve and update networks as well as support potential new crypto projects such as NFT and defi to launch on the mainnet. Investors investing in KSTA may freely discuss, propose, and vote to participate in governance that determines the direction of the community, and receive fair share of the rewards pertaining to community power and platform expansion. The cycle of contribution, expansion, and rewards creates a virtuous cycle in which K STADIUM and its community pool may grow to be more active ultimately resulting in higher profits for its investors.

K STADIUM's reward philosophy is to provide more rewards to those who have invested more in platforms and communities. K STADIUM is a platform where you can make more profits by investing in your KSTA.

# Concepts

### SO(Stadium Owner)

A Stadium Owner is the key representative of K STADIUM governance. The SO contributes to the K STADIUM ecosystem by voting on behalf of other users pertaining to proposals on the network. The SO is also the block producer of the network and runs the entire node to verify each transaction. The SO’s reliability ultimately dictates their demand on the network ultimately influencing voting power, which in turn affects additional rewards based on the ranking of the stake.

### SOM(Stadium Owner Member)

All other users who have invested KSTA in K STADIUM are referred to as Stadium Owner Members, and do not directly conduct governance voting or operate nodes. SOMs who have invested KSTA in the community pool will receive the equivalent amount in SOP (Stadium Owner Power). The SOP can be delegated to the SO, and in return, the user will receive a portion of the rewards the SO receives according to the amount delegated.

### SOP(Stadium Owner Power)

SOP is a governance voting right that can be delegated to the SO. K STADIUM's major crypto alongside KSTA. SOP will be issued proportionally to the amount of KSTA staked.

### Community Pool

Regarding funds designated for the development of a project or network, all members can participate in the governance proposal to the usage of the community pool. Funds will be leveraged according to the results of relevant proposals passed.

### **Rewards**

Incentives are provided to the SO and delegates as rewards for investment. K STADIUM's reward is largely divided into three categories:

1. Standard
2. Block Production
3. Rank\
 Depending on SO's voting power and ranking, there is a gap in rewards. Detailed reward distribution can be found in K STADIUM's white paper.

* **Standard**: Varies according to SOP of SO (total SO)
* **Block Production**: Equally paid to block production nodes (SO 1st to 6th)
* **Rank**: Additional reward differently paid in proportion to SO ranking (SO 1st to 12th)

### **Slashing**

Slashing refers to penalties according to certain actions or inactions on the part of the SO. Upon application, the SO's stake will be reduced, and the shares delegated to the SO will also be reduced according to the ratio.

* Non-participation in governance voting (0.1%)
* negligence in node operation (0.1%)
* non-disclosure of compensation details (0.1%)
* double signatures, and other misconduct (over 1%)

### **Proposal**

Any SO or SOM can submit various network-related topics such as community pool spending, software changes, and project investment. Submission of a proposal requires a deposit, a device to encourage objectivity and absence of bias. If or when the proposal is voted through, the deposit will be returned.

* Passed : the proposal is passed
* Rejected : the proposal is rejected/failed to meet the quorum

### **Voting Process**

SOM who have delegated more than 100 SOP will be given the voting rights. SOM can exercise voting rights with Yes/No during the voting period of one week. Only SO with a quorum of 20% or more in the SOM vote will exercise the voted opinion in the final vote. The proposal submitted to the vote is considered passed with the quorum reached 40% or more and with 50% of Yes.

### **Deposits**

A deposit of certain amount of KSTA is paid to prevent unnecessary suggestions or system abuse when registering a proposal. The proposer pays in full and the payment deadline is one week. If the proposal is passed, the deposit will be refunded, but if it does not, it will be burned.

# Use Bridge

### Opening a new way between cryptocurrencies.

[K STADIUM Bridge](https://bridge.kstadium.io/) is a service that supports token exchange between different networks. Currently, K STADIUM’s tokens are on the GroundChain network, in order to use Ethereum Mainnet tokens in the K STADIUM app, a conversion process is required. With the K STADIUM Bridge, Ethereum-based tokens can be moved to the K STADIUM Mainnet. Depending on the network environment, it takes about 5 minutes, and a tax with a small fee will be incurred by the Ethereum network itself.

The K STADIUM specific Bridge provides a safer and faster way to transfer assets between two chains. For reliable conversion, K STADIUM Bridge uses the HashedTimeLock feature. Both the From network and To network require respective authorization processes. As the process may take a long time, please continue to monitor the transfer of assets through the Bridge screen or Explorer. The asset can be moved from the desktop web by connecting the wallet in the form of a browser plug-in, and please refer to the guide below at [K STADIUM Bridge](https://bridge.kstadium.io).

# FAQ

**Q. How much are Bridge fees and minimum convertible amount?**

* 80KSTA/0.01ETH/20USDT will be incurred as a Bridge fee in every conversion
* The fee for each asset conversion will be charged by its own
* The fees required to conversion each asset are charged in each token.
* Minimum convertible amount: 100KSTA/0.02ETH/25USDT

Transaction gas fee may change depending on network condition. K STADIUM Bridge fee is changed weekly accordingly. Fees may differ according to sending chain and receiving chain.

**Q. Where can I find the USDT?**

Please remind that the USDT is a pre-reflection of the upcoming Bridge update.

**Q.** What is the Bridge and what for do we use it?

It is a service that allows for asset transfers between two different chains. In order to use Ethereum tokens in the K STADIUM network, a conversion process is required.

#### **Q. Is there a mobile version of the Bridge**?

Currently, only the web (PC) version is supported. It is recommended to connect to the PC version of Chrome.

#### **Q.** I need to connect my wallet to the bridge. Which wallet should I use?

Currently, Bridge supports MetaMask. Please use the extended version of Chrome MetaMask.

#### **Q.** What are the From chain and To chain? What does it mean to have to connect both?

Bridge is a transport program for using assets on other networks in the K STADIUM network. The From chain is the Ethereum chain from which assets are transferred, and the To chain is the K STADIUM chain to which assets are transferred. Both chains need to be connected in order for assets to be transferred.

#### **Q.** The bridge is still in transfer. Did the transfer fail?

The transfer takes more than 5 minutes depending on the network environment. Please do not leave the page and wait. If the transfer fails, you can go to the History page and proceed with the refund.

#### **Q. Where do I approve the transaction?**

If the MetaMask is connected, it will proceed through the MetaMask, and if the K STADIUM Wallet is connected, a button in the bridge web will be created separately.

**Q. I clicked the confirm transaction button, but the transmission failed. Will I still be able to get a refund?**

If problems such as timeout or transmission failure occur in the To wallet, you can get a refund through the 'Refund' button.

#### **Q.** The window was accidentally closed during the process. How do I check the progress?

You can check the history page for in-progress or completion history.

**Q. Where can I find the address of the To wallet?**

The To wallet address is automatically entered in the Destination item. If you want to check it separately, you can check it through the linked Metamask or K STADIUM app.

**Q. I chose to send the full amount, but the transmission failed. What's the cause?**

Please enter the amount excluding the fee and try again.

**Q. I would like to convert a large amount. In this case, where can I find a service?**

We are now offering separate converting services for cases that exceed 150,000 KSTA/ 20 ETH / 35,500 USDT.\
Please inquire through [K STADIUM Help Center, Submit request](https://help.kstadium.io/hc/en-us/requests/new) section with the type 'Bridge large amount conversion'.
